Ventura County Adult Education Consortium member agencies are continuing to support adult learners and their families through the pandemic. Many have transitioned to online delivery and are working with their districts to find ways to deliver education and training that ensure the health and safety of all students, both now and into the future. Supportive Services
211 Ventura Countyis the comprehensive information and referral service for Ventura County. They provide referrals to local health or social services, including food pantries, meal pick-ups for students and seniors, employment, transportation, and health care. Dial 211 or send a text with your zip code to 898-211 for immediate assistance, 24-hours a day. Services are available in English and Spanish.
The Ventura County Office of Education has compiled a number of resources to support families through the COVID-19 pandemic. Food Pantries and Meal Services
Ventura County school districts are continuing to offer meal service for students while campuses are closed. Location information and schedules by school district are available at https://www.vcoe.org/meals. Additionally, food for low-income families is also available from Food Share Ventura County at Pop-Up Pantries located throughout the county.
